So that people are clear that new code should use gdbarch_data. I'll look to commit in a week.

	DEPRECATED_REGISTER_GDBARCH_SWAP.
	* remote.c (_initialize_remote): Ditto.
	* regcache.c (_initialize_regcache): Ditto.
	* parse.c (_initialize_parse): Ditto.
	* infrun.c (_initialize_infrun): Ditto.
	* mi/mi-main.c (_initialize_mi_main): Ditto.
	* gdbtypes.c (_initialize_gdbtypes): Ditto.
