Actually I have a patch submitted to add a linux target to the ARM
tree. I don't think this file is used by anyone anymore. I think it is
a relic of an old RiscOS port that no one maintains anymore. I can't
see it being used for any of the embedded targets, and the only native
targets supported in the tree ATM, are RiscOS and maybe NetBSD (though I
doubt it).
