Sure I can do that. Thanks for the suggestion. Note that each version
has its own directory on the download site, which already contains the
version number. Just not the file itself yet.

BTW. What are you using the portability.patch for? It really should only
contain workaround for bugs in older linux kernels or glibc versions.
Applying it will probably make your version less efficient than plain
elfutils. I hope to eventually get rid of it.
