Fix abi_cfi run-addrcfi.sh testcase and repost patches

- Subject: Fix abi_cfi run-addrcfi.sh testcase and repost patches
The original run-addrcfi.sh testcase for the abi_cfi hook contained
a small error and would not correctly display the difference between
same_value and undefined rules. Which made the test less useful than
intended. I updated and reviewed all the new expected outputs again
and this also incorporates the review comments from Roland for the
last patch in the series. Just reposting them all for people to
look at again. The only real difference (besides the review updates
and the addrcfi.c fixlet) is just the expected outputs.
