That depends on whether the text includes spaces or not. If it does, then
lines will break automatically on the spaces. If not, then you may need to
turn on hyphenation. You can do that for the whole document by setting the
'hyphenate' stylesheet parameter to 'true'. Or you can do it for tables in
the table.properties attribute-set:
<xsl:attribute-set name="table.properties">
<xsl:attribute name="hyphenate">true</xsl:attribute>
</xsl:attribute-set>
You can also insert zero-width space characters (​) in your text
strings, which will form break points for the lines.
