No, bugs should be reported on the DocBook SourceForge site.  Let me clarify
my wording.  The DocBook SourceForge site has many "Trackers".  A tracker is
a list of bugs or feature requests grouped under a category name.  If you
click on the "Tracker" link near the top of the page, you will get the list
of trackers.  Most bugs are entered on the "Bugs" tracker. There is also one
for "Website doctype", which is the one I was referring to in the previous
mail.  In that context, "Website" is the customization of DocBook for
generating a set of website pages.
