That's what I meant by the above. A proper Arabic editor (or
bidirectional for that matter) is one which supports bidirectionality,
without me the user having to explicitly insert directional marks.
That's a given.

Correct. That is the behavior of a proper editor ;)

What I am saying is, only Yudit has those overriding directional marks
and whatever else (last I checked -- been awhile).
