[docbook-apps] need a working sgml catalog file

I downloaded website DTD, which comes with a xml catalog file.
Since I want to use psgml in Emacs, I have to use sgml version of that
catalog file.
I wrote one as in the attachment, but I got some error message when
emacs parsing the DTD, like this:
/usr/local/share/sgml/docbook/website-2.5.0/website.cat line 12 col 21
entity para.char.mix
/usr/local/share/sgml/docbook/website-2.5.0/schema/dtd/website.dtd line
626 col 38 entity WEBPAGE

I'd like to investigate the problem, but if someone already have a
working sgml catalog psgml, please send me a copy, or better contribute
it to the release maintainer.
