Thank you, Bob, for continuing to improve your already excellent
book.
When I first read Robert's query, I thought he was looking for a
one-off mechanism. I wonder if it's time to add support for a
<?page-break?> processing instruction to the standard stylesheets?
(The functionality, I mean. I'm not totally thrilled by that PI name.
But I don't want to use <?dbfo page-break="before"?> or some such because
that would complicate processing of dbfo PIs in general, I think.)
