DOCBOOK-APPS: Character entities

Hello,

Tiny question: When I try to render a simple Docbook article, made in
XMLSpy, FOP states: Entity 'euml' not defined

Somewhere in my XML is the text: definiëren

How can I configure FOP to use these entities?
