I presume you meant those CHEAD* items to line up over the
columns, right?
The <thead> element is a container for table heading rows.
They will line up with <tbody> entries.
Row heads don't have an element dedicated to them.
You can use <entry role="rowhead"> for the first entry
in each column and adapt your stylesheet to format them
as row headings.
