XSL transform (Xalan) fails on test document book.001.xml

Hi,

I'm getting nowhere with the XSL stylesheets. Xalan-J 2.3.1, DocBook
4.1.2, docbook-xsl 1.51.1, and a document
from docbook-testdocs. Screen output is below; I also get an empty output
HTML file.

Is anyone succeeding with this combination?
Thanks,
Ken Ward
