/ Elliotte Rusty Harold <elharo@metalab.unc.edu> was heard to say:
| I've noticed that the 1.5 XSL-FO stylesheets add about an extra inch
| of white space between the chapter number at the top of the page and
| the start of the first body text on the page. Thus a chapter that was
| 40 pages with the 1.4.8 stylesheets, rendered by FOP 0.20.3-RC1, is
| now 46 pages. Has anyone else noticed this new behavior?

(Hmm. I need to give that a better name)
Until recently, perhaps as recently as 1.48, I had been setting the FO
margin properties all wrong. When I fixed that, some things may have
moved around. But at least the documentation now tells you which
parameters to tweak if you want to change things :-)
Uh, except that the numeration on that list is wrong. That'll be fixed
in the next release. Imagine that it's A-H not all bullets!
Be seeing you,
