No, it is internationalized. 8^)
The generated text is in the common/en.xml
and other language files.
This recent message describes how to make a
customization for one of those files:

I wonder if that is a bug? In a sect1 chunk, the titles
map to a nice hierarchy:
sect1 -> h2
sect2 -> h3
sect3 -> h4
I would think chapter would map to h1.
