Hi all,
Xalan Version 1.2.2, XML4J Version Xerces 1.2.2
docbook-style-xsl-1.40
I am unable to get linenumbering or callouts even with:
<xsl:param name="linenumbering.extension">1</xsl:param>
<xsl:param name="callouts.extension">1</xsl:param>>
Am I missing something?

P.S. If using Saxon 6.3 I get

Is this due to the bug in Saxon?
