crosstool-NG 1.19.0 is out

Hello all!

I'm pleased to announce the release of crosstool-NG 1.19.0!

This release is centered mostly on bug-fixes. We've had many fixes for
building gdb and the companion libraries.

The notable new feature is the addition of gcc-4.8, but apart from this,
this has been a very calm cycle, with only 53 changes through out the
tree.

I have not been as active as I would have liked, and incorporating the
patches has been somewhat erratic since the last release. I am sorry
about that. Hopefully, this should change from now on.

This marks the beginning of the 1.19 maintenance branch, and the end of
the previous maintenance branch. As always, comments and suggestions
are most welcome!
