Crosstool-ng compilation falls into a loop and fails to generate complete toolchain

Hi

I am using crosstool-ng for generating toolchain needed for my atom
processor x86_64 board. I am using buildroot to select the
crosstool-ng to generate a complete image along with compiling the
tool chain. I am running the buildroot from ubuntu 12.04 64bit running
in virtualbox.. First i tried to generate a 64bit toolchain for my
atom board it failed saying that the build failed in "Installing C
library headers & start files". I tried multiple times but of no use.
So tried compiling a 32bit toolchain for my target board and the issue
seems to be similar just that this it doesn't fail it just keep
looping in the step of "Installing C library headers & start files".
Attaching the build.log and .config file used by the crosstool-ng.
Kindly help me out. I looked into the log but seemed okay to me?! In
the build.log towards the end there will be repetitive messages.

After these lines the repetition occurs. Is it because of the check
for the .h files?! I checked my build machine (ubuntu) it contains
these needed header file. So is it some setting issue?! Plz help.
