Hi, I'm trying to install Dan Kegels cross tools on my RedHat system. My kernel version is: 2.6.9-22.ELsmp I am trying to build the mipsel set of tools, however it breaks when trying to access .../asm/reg.h: ... /opt/crosstool/gcc-3.4.2-glibc-2.2.5/mipsel-unknown-linux-gnu/mipsel-unknown-linux-gnu/include/asm/user.h:12:21: asm/reg.h: No such file or directory ... This all pretty new to me, but I looked for the referenced file and saw that it really wasn't present. I've seen a response from Dan that mentioned one shoudl update the required .dat file by changing the LINUX_DIR setting. Right now this is set to 2.6.8... I don't know what I would change it to. The thing is, I don't understand the solution. As such, I can't relate it back to my own problem... as I'm sure that the situation is not exactly the same but that it is similar. Can anyone help me apply this past solution to my own situation. Thanks, kev ____________________________________________________________________________________ Need Mail bonding? Go to the Yahoo!
