Seeking mingw/gcc/gtk guru

I'm developing a frontend for a small utility for patching windows executables & dlls to use sse/sse3 instructions.
It boosts fps in cpu-dependant games, especially Morrowind.
I have got some problems when trying to cross-compile, and i seek somebody willing to do it.
I get lot's of undefined references when mingw comes to the ld part, but it compiles cleanly until that point.
