Patch to crosstool 0.28-rc37

First of all, thanks to Dan for crosstool.
We've used it to build a compile farm targeting
x86-linux and tweaked distcc setup also for VxWorks.

The attached patch fixes crosstool-distcdd-linux.sh.in
so that the daemon will actually use the DISTCC_xx environment
variables.
