looking for floating-point test software

A graphics rendering program I use on my embedded system is giving me
problems when I use soft-float (mipsel gcc-3.3.3) instead of kernel
emulation. I'd like to prove that it is a bug but the graphics
program is spaghetti written by someone else, and the thought of
paring it down is giving me indigestion.

Does anyone know of an FP conformance test package?

Thanks,
Dave
