crosstool-0.28-pre10: yet more macos and cygwin compatibility

My next snapshot is up at
  http://kegel.com/crosstool/crosstool-0.28-pre10.tar.gz
It's not a release, just a collection of changes along the way to
a release.
gcc-3.3.3 now builds under mac os x and cygwin;
gcc-2.95.3 now builds under cygwin.

Please do let me know about any problems you run into using this.

Note that the Mar 19, 2004 release of cygwin (1.5.9-1) is somewhat broken; I had to
revert my cygwin1.dll to 1.5.8-1 to get glibc to build
(see
http://cygwin.com/ml/cygwin/2004-03/msg00911.html ...
http://cygwin.com/ml/cygwin/2004-03/msg01006.html ...
http://cygwin.com/snapshots/cygwin1-20040321.dll.bz2 may also fix it)

On Mac OS X, you need to use fink to install gawk, gnu sed, and wget
before running crosstool.
Note that fink is somewhat odd; if wget crashes for you on MacOSX,
there's a magical command that fixes it; do a google search for the
error message (I'll document this better later).

See ChangeLog for more info.

Known issues:
  mac os x and x86_64-linux can't build gcc-2.95.3
  x86_64 can't build a self-cross
