binutils-2.13.90.0.18
@www.kernel.org/pub/linux/devel/binutils

Thanks for your advice I will try 2.12.90.0.7, which
is used by downloaded precompiled toolchain. (I hope
other patch is not needed for
binutils/gcc/glibc/linux-headers. As newbie, it will
be tough for me.) Will keep the result posted later.
