I've seen similar stuff at times when a sys-include directory is hanging around after a toolchain build... Never stopped to figure out the reason, I just nuke that directory and things sometimes seem to help.

What OS are you on? (I'm guessing Windows, but have no way of knowing whether it's Cygwin, MinGW, or something else). What configure & make commands are you using? Why are you using an unofficial gdb source pack?
