For what it's worth, here are the gcc/glibc build scripts that Steven Mueller and I are using lately. They were developed by Steven, and represent a fairly large investment of time. (It takes a while to figure this stuff out!) The gcc script builds for ppc405, ppc750, or sh4, and should run on any Linux system. Here it is: http://www.kegel.com/build-gcc3.sh The glibc script only builds on sh4, and contains some strange autoconf variables that you'd have to expand by hand, so it's more useful as documentation than as an actual running script. Here it is: http://www.kegel.com/build-glibc.tar.gz We'll probably update it to glibc2.2.5 now that our beloved Mr. Niibe has posted diffs for that on sh4. Comments welcome. - Dan ------ Want more information? See the CrossGCC FAQ, http://www.objsw.com/CrossGCC/ Want to unsubscribe? Send a note to crossgcc-unsubscribe@sources.redhat.com
