We have a cross-platform application that runs on Solaris and Windows 
NT.  We are using Sun's Workshop Compiler and gmake to build the 
application on Solaris.  Our development environment is very 
Unix-centric so we would also like to compile our Windows binaries on 
Solaris as well.  

Is this possible?  I am specifically concerned with how linking would 
be done while running on Solaris.
