Support for 68K-ICD

I'm installing some patches for a Public-Domain BDM interface (for a
m68360)

I noticed that the commercial BDM interface (ICD) from P&E  is #ifdef'd
in the code
with the comment  "not working yet".

As I have a ICD cable, I was wondering if any further work was performed
on this or at what stage it was left at??
