[PATCH] Retiring myself as maintainer for target z80

- Subject: [PATCH] Retiring myself as maintainer for target z80
Hi,
As I have announced earlier, I wish to retire myself as maintainer for the target z80. As no
successor has stepped forward yet, I have filled in the head maintainer as maintainer for
z80, is that correct?
I think all my contributions have been before git, can someone push the change below on
my behalf, or assist me in pushing it?
