[PATCH] CloudABI: add support for aarch64

Hi there,

Earlier this year (late March) I sent a patch to add support for
CloudABI. Thanks again for integrating this patch in such a timely
matter.

Back then we only added support for x86-64, but in the meantime I
managed to port CloudABI over to aarch64. Attached is a patch for the
latest version of Binutils in Git to add support for aarch64 as well,
similar to how we added support for x86-64.

I'd love to see this patch get integrated into Binutils as well. Be
sure to let me know whether the patch is all right, or whether there
is anything that can be done to improve.
