[PATCH 2/6] Mention that "=" forces sysroot prefix on linker script input files.

Updated documentation to cover the new behavior. The sysroot
prefix is discussed in this paragraph, so I needed just adding

behavior of first character "/" on scripts within sysroot, also
mention that effect can be forced by prefixing with "=" and
	refer to SEARCH_DIR.
