Re: bfd function to read ELF file image from memory


Here is a complete patch adding a public function
bfd_elf_bfd_from_remote_memory that works with any ELF bfd.

If people are interested in lazy reading, I think that should be considered
an optimization of this function and it can be done under the covers later
if there is demand for it.

As is, this works nicely for the immediate needs of gdb.  Approved to commit?

	* elfcode.h (NAME(_bfd_elf,bfd_from_remote_memory)): New function.
	* elf-bfd.h (struct elf_backend_data): New function pointer member
	elf_backend_bfd_from_remote_memory.
	(_bfd_elf32_bfd_from_remote_memory, _bfd_elf64_bfd_from_remote_memory):
	Declare them.
	* elfxx-target.h (elf_backend_bfd_from_remote_memory): New macro.
	(elfNN_bed): Add that to the initializer.
