Log message:
	* Makefile.am: Rename .dep* files to DEP*.
	(MKDEP): Rename from DEP.  Change all uses.  Use $${srcdir} rather
	than $(srcdir).  Rename TCDEP targets to DEPTC.  Rename OBJDEP
	targets to DEPOBJ.
	* Makefile.in: Rebuild.
