I can't think of anything to add, Wendell, your response is complete ... I
got back from dinner to discover Eliot's reply and your answer, so at least
he didn't have to wait long with you around. I don't get much time to pipe
up on XSLT these days as I used to in the early days ... I've been focusing
on XSLFO.
