[Bug runtime/9956] sdt.h doesn't compile against gcc 4.1.2 with -O2

Is there some variation of 4.3.2 that doesn't work for you (it works okay for me)?
I'll take a look at RHEL5.  At a glance it looks like labels that are referenced
by .probes are being optimized away.
