I use 'sudo make install' to install systemtap into /usr.
I've found that the contents of /usr/share/systemtap/{runtime,tapset} have
improper permission settings. All of the files retain the same
ownership/permission as in my build directory. I would expect these installed
files to be owned by root:root, with permission 0644.
Futhermore, subdirectories of the tapset directory are owned by root:root with
permission 0700, making their contents inaccessable to other users. Of course
this should be more like 0755.
