    Parenthesize probe arguments properly.
    
    * sdt-compat.h (STAP_CAST): Parenthesize.
    (STAP_PROBE{1,10}): Parenthisize kprobe arguments too.
    
    * sdt_misc.c (buz): Test probing a boolean expression.
    
    * sdt_misc.exp (sup_flags): Compile tests with -Wall -Werror
    
    * sdt_misc.stp (test_probe_1): New.
    
    * sdt_misc_.d (test_probe_1): New.
    
    * sdt_types.c (arr_struct, primary_colors_var): Only declare if needed.
