announcement missing?

Subject: announcement missing?

Hello.
As a note, on this page:
http://sources.redhat.com/pthreads-win32/

it says "2.9.1 release, see announcement" but the announcement  and
NEWS don't mention 2.9.1.  Seems a bit odd...
