Hey, I remember I used to have the same issue. The
problem is that your environment path needs to be
updated.
I was using VC 2005 express and I had to run
vcvars32.bat and setenv.cmd which set up my
environment variables.
The exact path is :
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio
8\VC\bin\vcvars32.bat
and
C:\Program Files\ Microsoft Platform SDK for Windows
Server 2003 R2\SetEnv.cmd
Keep in mind that the change is not persistent, and
you will have to run these everytime before you do a
build. (unless ofcourse you know how to make the
change persistent)
