(FWIW, cacos.c:1.3 is already applied, that's the buggy GCC-bug
workaround. I assume you instead meant to refer to the patch I
sent)

I'm arguing for removing the bug: whatever solution you prefer
to accomplish that.
The verbiage was only due to me feeling it was appropriate to
point out that your suggestion was in fact to revert the buggy
commit; not a new fix. I'm still fine with whatever.
