* libc/sys/linux/include/net/if.h: Include sys/socket.h for
struct sockaddr.
(IFF_SMART): Replace this define with IFF_NOTRAILERS.
(IFF_NOTRAILERS): New define.
(struct ifreq): Add ifru_netmask.
(ifr_netmask): New define.
