That's certainly right - but might be a long way to go due to its rather steep learning curve. And that already holds for "just" only the GLIBC alone, not to mention all the other stakeholders in the game, like GCC, BINUTILS, the Linux kernel, ..., just to mention a few. But we'll do our best :-).
