Yeah... since squid builds up several static libs that it includes
in its final link -- I was wondering about that -- and what flags
(if any) it would need to store the GIMPLE code for availability @ld time.
I did try the '-Xlinker FLAG'
(for FLAG:="-flto"["=6"]|"-fuse-linker-plugin"), but that made no diff.
Sent-off to gcc-helplist, but no response so far.
