I don't see that discrimination, as the policy (as I understand it) is that"Contributed by" is obsolete and it's fine to move the information involved tocontrib.texi whenever convenient. If I'm understanding the policy incorrectly,please let me know.

It wouldn't be hard to move all the "Contributed by" info to contrib.texi. Wouldthat suffice to allay any concerns about discrimination?
