[PATCH COMMITTED] resolv: Remove BSD compatibility conditionals and header

	* resolv/arpa/nameser.h: Include <sys/types.h> unconditionally.
	* resolv/gethnamaddr.c: Use include files from conf/portability.h.
	Remove BSD-related preprocessor conditionals.
	* conf/portability.h: Remove.
