Any patch could break the build for many configurations. Architecture
maintainers (and anyone else concerned) have had 17 months to do that
broader testing (the intent to go for -Werror=undef was stated back in
<https://sourceware.org/ml/libc-alpha/2014-02/msg00828.html>).
