Add a header sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/include/sys/sysinfo.h - include/
headers are used for internal wrappers for installed headers. It can be
declared as "extern __typeof (sysinfo) __sysinfo __THROW;" to avoid
duplicating the full prototype.
