PATCH: Add Linux/x32 sysdep.h

Hi,

Most of x32 system calls return int32. However, llseek returns int64.
This patch adds Linux/x32 sysdep.h so that we can control the system
call return type. X32 uses

movq SYSCALL_ERROR_ERRNO@GOTTPOFF(%rip), %rcx

since TLS offset may be negative. Tested on Linux/x32. OK to
install?

Thanks.

H.J.
