PATCH: Add sysdeps/x86_64/x32/tls.h

X32 doesn't support 32-bit indirect call via memory. This patch
adds sysdeps/x86_64/x32/tls.h to define CALL_THREAD_FCT. We load
32-bit address in memory into return register first and do indirect call
via return register. Tested on Linux/x32. OK to install?

Thanks.
