This is the patch I will check in. I removed (greg_t) after
(uintptr_t). There is
no difference in asm codes.

I will create a separate patch to remove XXX comments and
add some tests to stdlib/tst-setcontext.c.

* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/x86_64/makecontext.c (__makecontext): Use
greg_t on sp. Use unsigned int on idx_uc_link. Cast adresses to
uintptr_t first. Replace "long int" and "unsigned long int" with
"greg_t" on va_arg.
