The minimum GCC 4.3 required by glibc supports the ll variants of the builtins.
However, I don't know if longlong.h from GCC 4.7.0 will work with GCC 4.3, 4.4,
4.5 and 4.6 for all targets. I am not sure if it is a good idea to do
a wholesale
update to GCC 4.7.0.
